We ship across the European Union.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of being placed. Once dispatched, your order is delivered by our carrier. Delivery times vary by destination [typically 3–5 business days]. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping is free. Delivery costs are already included in our prices, so there are no extra charges at checkout.

In line with EU consumer law, we deliver all orders without undue delay and within 30 days at the latest.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Here's how it works.

How to return an item

• Email us at info@amagee.co with your order number and let us know what you'd like to return.

• We'll reply with return instructions and a prepaid return label.

• Pack the item back up and send it to Calle de Alcalá 54, 4º izquierda, 28014 Madrid, Spain within 14 days.

• Once we receive it, your refund is processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

What can be returned

• Unused items, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

• Within the 14-day window above.

What can't be returned

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.

• Items returned without their original tags or packaging.

• Personalised or made-to-order items.

Refunds

We refund the full price of the returned items, plus standard delivery costs (if any), to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving your return (or your proof of return).

Return shipping is covered by us. We'll send you a prepaid label.

Your legal rights

This section covers your rights under EU consumer law. It's here for completeness. Your everyday returns are handled by the simple process above.

Right of withdrawal (14 days). As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. You can do this with a clear statementi an email to info@amagee.co, or the withdrawal form below. If you withdraw, we refund all payments (including standard delivery, if any) within 14 days of being informed at the latest, though we may wait until we've received the goods back or you've shown proof of return. We cover the cost of returning the goods, and you are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what's needed to check the item.

Legal guarantee of conformity. Separately, if an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't work as it should, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund at no cost. This applies for at least 2 years under EU law (3 years under Spanish law for goods bought from 1 January 2022). These rights aren't affected by our returns policy above.
