This Privacy Policy explains how AMAGEE collects and uses your personal data when you visit amagee.co or place an order. We process your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection law.

Payment data: processed securely by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
Order history: the products you buy and related correspondence.

Marketing data: your preferences, if you sign up to our newsletter.

3. How we use your data and legal bases

To process and deliver your orders: legal basis: performance of the contract.
To provide customer service and handle returns: performance of the contract / our legitimate interest.
To meet legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax): legal obligation.
To send marketing emails, where you have signed up; your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To operate, secure and improve the Site: our legitimate interest.

4. Who we share your data with

We share data only as needed to run our business, with providers acting on our behalf, including:

Our e-commerce platform [Shopify];
Our payment provider(s);
Shipping and logistics carriers;
Analytics providers [Google Analytics]

We do not sell your personal data.
